Started my career as a Tech Support Representative for 6 months.After that, worked for U.S based Mortgage Co. for 2.5 years under loan officer.And then, worked for SaaS and Omnichannel platform as QA engineer and handling customers as Customer Success Manager for 2.5 years.Responsibilities - -Involved as early as planning till the deployment and testing of the software.-Gathering new customer requirements, coordinating with different teams to make sure timelines are met. Working as point of contact between customer and tech team. -Giving system demo, onboarding the customers, assisting them and solving their queries, taking complaints.-Upselling the other functionalities of the software to the existing customers. -Maintaining and updating the knowledge base of the software.Now, I'm a self-employed eggless pastry chef.
