Designed and implemented six system-automated test stations. Utilized a small network (LAN) using switch box (hub) to communicate and share the test equipment for the six stations. Developed user-friendly unit and system level software for provisioning boards and testing products. Designed hardware for metrical optical switch box controlled by Data I/O interface for full automation of test stations. • Substantially reduced testing time and decreased staffing needs by nine positions.• Interfaced with different test equipment using GPIB bus and RS232 bus.• Supported hardware and software for IC and flash programmers (Data I/O)• Wrote manufacturing test plans, ATR, test procedures, and technical documents.

Designed 16192 and 1680 OGM Optical TX/RX automatic test fixture (Enhanced 16192 10 Gb/s module) for Network Transportation. Designed and implemented interface boards and printed circuit boards. • Calculated the transmission line for single ended and broadside coupled striplines. • Designed automated test systems and wrote software patches using LabView 5.0.
