In this role, I report directly to Area Manager; charged with supporting daily fulfillment center activities. I assist in allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers. I also track attendance and report ATS/labor hours and ensure successful area performance through tracking, reporting, and feedback on Associate performance.

Here I led on-call 24/7 emergency leak response, on-call rotation, zone damage prevention, safety audits, bi-weekly staff meetings, and data process improvements. I supervised emergencies arising due to major leakages, fires, and other accidents. I ensured integrity of distribution network by maintaining Cathodic Protection of underground pipeline and monitoring corrosion and leakages. I planned, executed, and monitored preventive maintenance of distribution network of region, pipelines, overhead crossings, and valves. I also supervised office and field staff in scheduling, administration, billing, damage prevention, and customer service.
