-Established the Salon Luxe vertical from the seed stage in Gurgaon which included curating the services, price negotiation and onboarding brands, training supply, define the look of the app, curating a luxury menu for customers; with an NPS of 90+, average rating of 4.98 and repeat of 19.2%. Further, scaled the category across Delhi. -Standardised and managed supply onboarding Pan India to onboard around 300 partners for the peak festive season for Salon. Further, managed 5700 partners to achieve 80% of the pre COVID deliveries and set a new bench mark post COVID.-Integrated a new and efficient centrally run supply-management system for onboarding partners Pan India which involved automation of scheduling partners to timely graduation of every batch, hence reducing City team dependency.

-Scaling supply for the Delhi region for NCR and added 700+ partners over a span of 14 months.-Led a quality project with 9 Trainers and 5 Managers to improve quality of the entire beauty vertical Delhi NCR from 4.78 to 4.83.-Improved the product adoption of 5 top-selling products from 45% to 78% in two months by managing the supply chain and business teams.

-Standardised the photography division to move it to a commission-based model.-Identified and onboarded 200+ service professionals in the photography and makeup industry.-Drove the quality division across all non-booking verticals, authenticating each profile, thus eliminating fraud.
