Nashik Engineering Cluster is formed Under Industrial Infrastructure Up-gradation Scheme (IIUS) of Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion ( DIPP) , Ministry of Industry and Commerce , Govt. Of India.The Stake holding pattern is , 25 % local Industry Contribution & 75 % DIPP grant. Registered as a non-profit making organization.Responsibilities / task successfully shouldered, 1. Preparing Diagnostic Survey of Nashik Industries. 2. Preparing Technological Gap analysis of Nashik Industries with respect to International standards/ technologies.3. Preparing the project report to address all the technological gaps.4. Identifying the globally best in class equipments.5. To get the budgetary quotes for all the equipments identified.6. To finalize the building plan to accommodate all the technical Departments , Convention Centre, Training Centre , Incubation Centre. 7. To prepare the Technologically and financially balanced Detailed Project Report (DPR)8. DIPP sanctions the DPR without any change. And appreciated the DPR as in true spirit of IIUS. 9. To get the land from MIDC at concessional rate. 10. Execution of the project., creating the specifications of all the equipments, getting the competitive quotes , identifying the best in class supplier at economic rate , pre-dispatch inspection of all the equipments , installing all the equipments at international standards , Productionizing all the equipments . along with building construction.11. The technologies are made available in following areas, a. Vacuum Heat-treatment centre – equipments procured from IPSEN Germany.b. RPT (3-D Printing)Centre – Plastic and Metal RPT machines from Stratasys US , EOS Germany first time in India. c. HIGH PRECISION CNC Machining Centre – 5-Axes , WEDM, EDM from Micron Switzerland, 3-Axes from Makino Singapore, 4-Axes From DMG Germanyd.
