• Responsible to produce business requirement specifications, including use cases. • Responsible to produce new and updated business processes based on the requirements defined, and interactions with operational stakeholders. • As the owner of the project requirements, I am responsible for ensuring IT solution compliance to the business requirements. • Follow SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process to implement every project. • Ensures smooth implementation of any system changes to meet business needs via UAT (User Acceptance Testing) & provide communication to users.

▪ Lead an Offshore team of 15 members, team responsible for product analysis/design and modeling the product specifications into the IT systems. ▪ Responsible for the capture, documentation and development of Product Information for both new products and existing products. ▪ Contribute to the building of logical Data Models by identifying the business rules, relationships between data entities and the data sources.
