I'm a part of project team developing the oil upstream project in the Middle East region. I lead project management office and personally focus on Project planning and Project control tasks. My role is to establish and maintain an efficient planning, control and reporting framework to ensure Project deliverables within agreed scope, time and budget. Being a member of project managerial team I directly work and communicate with clients, partners and subcontractors.ZN Vostok is SPC dedicated to oil brownfields development overseas using Russian most advanced artificial lift methods, water treatment, unconventional energy and other technologies.

Was a part of the Kharyaga PSA Operator team. Responsible for General treasury, PSA cash management, Energy and CAR insurance, Risk management, Revenue management, Crude transportation and Joint export operations, IT systems implementation. Communicated with stakeholders, partners, banks, insurance companies on commercial, finance and economics issues.ZARUBEZHNEFT - Production Kharyaga is an operator of the russian first ever PSA project - "Kharyaga" in the Netets region. Oil production of about 10 mln. bbl. per year is shared between ZARUBEZHNEFT, Statoil, Total and local Netets Oil Company.

Responsible for strategy, economics and finance, tax and accounting management for the Caspian region. Managed portfolio of 7 regional business units with total annual revenue more than $2 bln. Member of the portfolio Co's managing and supervisory boards, operational and financial committees.Functionally focused on operational and investment efficiency of the assets, tax optimization and compliance. Managed the project of $1bln upstream assets divestiture to Sinopec (see projects).LUKOIL works in seven oil and gas upstream projects in Kazakhstan with total production of more than 30 mln boe a year, including Tengiz PSA, Karachaganak PSA, Shakh-Deniz PSA, Kumkol field and others. LUKOIL partners are KazMunaiGaz and international majors such as Chevron, BG, Eni, Sinopec, CNPC.

Responsible for project and financial management for the portfolio of 5 upstream projects under PSA agreement. Led a team of 20 people. Member of the PSAs Financial committee.Major functional areas are: project management, financial modelling, capital planning and operational budgeting, cost controlling and cost structure optimization, risk and insurance management, cash management and banking relationships. SAP CO/PS, Primavera implementation. Did project financing, including first loan in Uzbekistan for $500M from consortium of BNP, Credit Agricole, KDB, IDB, ADB guaranteed by MIGA made on non-recourse basis.LUKOIL Uzbekistan is an operator of Kandym-Khauzak-Shady and Gissar PSAs in Uzbekistan. LUKOIL solely develops several upstream gas projects under those PSAs with total estimated production level of about 600 bcf of natural gas a year.

Responsible for cash management, cash planning and reporting process development, global cash pooling, cash calls authorization system implementation.2005 - Head of the Corporate finance department. 5 people team responsible for M&A due diligence and value controlling as a part of strategic management. Acquisition of Nelson Petroleum assets in Kazakhstan for over $2bln. Strategic performance KPI system development. Insurance and risk management from the ground up to the ISO 31000, ERM was nominated for StrategicRISK European Risk Management Award in 2009.LUKOIL Overseas head office based in Moscow provided general management and functional services to the BU located in 13 countries over the world.
