Currently studying at the University of Calgary, pursuing a major in International Relations and minor in Management and Society. Passionate about understanding global issues and organizational dynamics, I strive to bridge my academic knowledge with real-world experiences.Alongside my studies, I work as an Engagement Centre Representative at the YMCA, where I enhance member experiences through effective communication, administrative support, and customer service. I handle a wide range of responsibilities, from managing memberships and transactions to ensuring that each member’s experience with the YMCA is positive and seamless.I also served as the Director of Membership Experience (MXP) at AIESEC in Calgary. Though my involvement was limited, the role gave me valuable exposure to team dynamics, leadership, and member engagement skills I continue to build on.I am driven by a passion for continuous learning, collaboration, and making meaningful contributions to any team I’m part of. I am particularly interested in how organizations can foster positive community engagement and improve overall member experiences.
