Building Neural Networks and Transformers to analyse RNA and DNA sequences at The Palsson Lab

- Designed a new improved and lightweight Inference Server architecture for on-premises local deployments.- Scaled Models for real life applications into the cloud using Docker and AWS ECS.- Developed Workers in Celery to be quick tested on applications using CherryPy.- Leveraged Knowledge in Python, Triton Inference Server, AWS ECS, PyTorch, OpenCV, MongoDB, CherryPy.
