- Talent Development: Manage various learning management systems for our corporate audience of 200+ employees and site people leaders. Develop learning pathways for first-time people leaders, and employees on topics such as emotional intelligence in leadership, difficult conversations, and accountability. Support the year-end performance assessment and annual goal-setting cycles, from planning and testing the performance management module on HRIS to implementation and reporting for a global workforce. - Talent Acquisition Support: Assist the recruitment process through interviews, background checks, and resume screening.- EDI Initiatives: Create, design, and integrate an internal learning program focused on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.- Resource Creation: Design user-friendly guides to highlight learning programs for people leaders and onboarding for new hires using Canva. Create visual guides for team members post-trainings and workshops, highlighting key takeaways.- Internal SharePoint: Update and enhance internal SharePoint pages related to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), Talent Development, and onboarding for new hires.
