Finance Systems Manager
CurrentKEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the management, development and maintenance of all aspects of Sage Accounting system and WebExpenses for the UK trading divisions (Street Furniture; Large Format; Rail; Airport; Head Office; OneWorld & Concourse Initiatives) working closely with the financial accounts team and providing all round end-user support and training. Development and implementation of systems and procedures to improve business processes and subsequent speed and integrity of reporting.• Day to day administration of Sage 500/1000, WebExpenses and other financial system tools.• Provide end-user support both to Finance Team and other Sage Users across the organisation• Develop reports in Business Objects and provide training• Analysing and prioritising system issues and issue resolutions• Management of users, user groups and maintain the integrity and security of all financial systems• User training • Implement and introduce new modules and functionalities within Sage• Development of new Business Objects reports, Hyperion and to further improve and enhance existing reports for Sage and WebExpenses• Working with key users to improve current processes, solutions and introduce ‘best practice’• Project management (planning, implementation and testing)• Management of process documents• To build and maintain relationships with external consultants who provide additional support when needed• Assist in the development, implementation and end-user support of any future financial systems and upgrade of any existing systemsSYSTEMS SKILLS• Sage Line 500, Sage 1000 and Sage Paperless• WebExpenses, Asset 4000 , Hyperion, Codis and Orbis • Business Objects• SEPA, Smart Debit, BIB, E-Pay• Cheque printing & Epay BACS payments solutions• Microsoft Office applications
