-Process individual and corporate gifts in Raiser’s Edge and track sponsorship benefits for accurate tax deductibility-Manage the distribution of the ABA Legal Opportunity Scholarship, overseeing the release of $200,000 in scholarship money across 40 law students a year-Coordinate logistics for Development Council meetings including venue booking, menu selection and meeting set-up and tear down

-Steward U.S. Soccer giving circle members by sending 100+ tax thank you letters and benefits boxes to increase donor retention-Track and manage 30,000+ donor profiles in Salesforce to ensure accurate records-Organize and lead direct mail outreach to 100+ donors-Execute various event planning responsibilities including catering orders, tracking RSVP's, writing donor bios and coordinating meeting notes and follow-up-Create and update thank you notes and other marketing collateral -Generate and analyze reports to track donation trends-Lead prospect researcher for the Development department
