Responsibilities include:• Management & planning of quarterly marketing plans & strategy, in alignment with sales counterparts to meet company priorities, objectives and targets for North European region (UK, Ireland and Nordics)• Managing quarterly MDF budgets and allocations for regional partner plans including Retailers, Etailers, Distributors, Resellers & Alliance partners to optimise marketing spend with maximum ROI whilst achieving revenue targets• Adhoc EMEA project & campaign management• Making strategic decisions for attendance at regional trade shows and channel events as well as management of regional events & EMEA events• Producing weekly updates reporting on ROI for customer/partner activity • Buying and negotiating media space and managing advertising campaigns across key vertical publications• Acting as a Brand Guardian for use of all Western Digital assets and logos in region• Day to day management of third party external agencies • Collaborating and sharing best practice within the EMEA team to achieve regional consistency and cost efficiencies• Copy writing articles for the World Wide internal newsletter and creating & producing a VIP Channel customer newsletter• Management of a direct report -Marketing Assistant
