I manage the entire Sales Incentive Program for the brand and am passionate about creating simple and effective pay-for-performance incentives. I work directly with C-Suite executives to develop policies and procedures to drive a pay for performance culture and ensure that program is competitive vs. industry, support brand wide sales initiatives, and enhances organization's ability to recruit and retain top performers. I provide leadership across the brand on all matters related to sales incentive compensation to ensure any changes are aligned with company's incentive compensation philosophy. I also design, create and provide training on an incentive calculation module across the enterprise for properties and global sales to ensure payment integrity. I also work directly with the VP of Sales and the senior Corporate Sales & Marketing leadership of the company to provide brand wide analysis of Sales and Marketing initiatives, analysis of potential acquisition and development opportunities, and manage the Corporate Sales & Marketing budget.

Held the dual corporate & property role in which I was the brand wide point person for all economic and industry trends, forecasts, market analysis, and property analysis, all of which I used to single-handedly create the Group Pricing Model for the brand. As the Revenue Management strategist for the Omni Mount Washington Resort and its four properties in NH, I provided leadership during resort's transition to the Omni brand. Worked with front office, group & catering sales, reservations and activities desk, and F&B team to provide in-depth analysis, establish procedures and setup revenue management philosophies from the ground up for 'Total Revenue' management. Achieved best RevPAR share growth in the history of the resort, and highest in the brand during my tenure.

Developed, implemented and rolled out to the brand a wide array of business diagnostic models for hotel pricing, performance measurement, and demand analysis, which helped the company to better analyze and understand trends and increase revenues. Managed the STAR program for the whole company and was the point person for all matters related to STAR reports and data. Worked very closely with the Development & Acquisitions team and provided market analysis, proforma RevPAR forecast, and analysis for new acquisitions.

Revenue managed the 337 room full service hotel. Developed and implemented several revenue maximization tools, maximized revenues, and consistently maintained premium on all suites. Supervised three reservations agents and one rez supervisor.
