- 7 international and high-level events are successfully conducted, including International Conference for Aral Sea Region Development in Urgench at 28-29th of October 2014; All political, administrative and logistics issues are successfully managed;- The Aral Sea Regional Development Portfolio of 87 projects with total amount more than 4 bn. USD are aggregated and presented to the Goverment;- Actively engaged in proposal drafting, developing the program and projects schedules, defining project scope and milestones;- Developed and accepted by donors (UNDP, TIKA) 8 project proposals;- Developed 2 project documents and 4 reports for UNDP Uzbekistan;- Collaborated with national and foreign institutions on present-day issues of regional and international development;- Communications, PR and Information Strategy to strengthen the Fund's image and relations with the different stakeholders and target audiences are developed;- Maintain media relations and contribute to build strong partnership with local and international mass-media and the Fund;- Activities included team selection and negotiation, liaison with different international and national stakeholders, quality and quantity researches, financial, logistical and administrative supports, as well as organization of trainings, workshops and events on national and local level;- Support strong partnership ties with local and international stakeholders;- Coordination of development, promotion and enhancement of the Fund’s interactive products (web-sites, Infografics, One-pagers etc.);- Development of the PR and Information Strategy to strengthen the Fund's image and relations with the different stakeholders and target audiences;- Developed and launched the Statistical Data-Base on Aral Sea region (http://www.araldatabase.uz/);- Organisation of trainings for the partners and field projects staff on various issues;

- Drive web content strategy for site redesign and update, working collaboratively with other team members on user experience, information architecture, taxonomy, content audits, and design.- Provide recommendations for web content organization to maximize effectiveness and conform to online best practices and industry norms.- Write, edit, copyedit, proofread, and manage review cycles for all web content and coordinate execution of quality content with production team. Establish writing standards and quality control measures to ensure consistent messaging, tone and brand identity;- Administrative and policy advice to Project Coordinator, Information Officer and other internal customers on various issues including but not limited by Information policy, Public Relations, Social Media Engagement, Partnership etc.; - Work with staff and editorial board to initiate new features, new article types, and original editorial content- Developed partnership relationships with local and global newsmakers, international community and government authorities;- Evolve, manage, and maintain editorial calendar for web content development and integration with other content assets. Development and implementation of ICT strategies and introduction of new technologies: - Compliance with corporate information management and technology standards, guidelines and procedures for the Project technology environment. - Provision of inputs to elaboration of internal policies and procedures on the use of ICT. Elaboration of the content of internal Standard Operating Procedures in ICT in consultation with office management. - Development and update of the ICT annual plan. - Development and ensures maintenance of measures in place for business continuity and disaster recover processes and procedures including backup and restoration of both server and local storage facilitiesNetworks administration: - Ensure that the Project desktop and network resources are protected from malicious virus attacks and deploy countermeasures in the event of the attacks - Trouble-shooting and monitoring of network problems. - Response to user needs and questions regarding network access. - Implementation of backup and restoration procedures for LAN drives. Maintenance of backup logs. - Timely LAN Infrastructure and Internet connectivity upgrade to meet Project/CER requirements.Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing: - Identification and promotion of different systems and applications for optimal content management, knowledge management and sharing, information provision. - Organisation of trainings for staff on ICT issues. - Synthesis of lessons learned and best practices in ICT. - Sound contributions to knowledge networks and communities of practiceAdministrative support focusing on: - Provision of advice on and assistance in procurement of new equipment for the Project/CER, provision of technical specifications and information on best options in both local and international markets, review of quotations and bids.Manage active network equipment, routing and traffic management;

- Responsible for management of servers based on Linux: DNS, DHCP, Apache, MySQL, SQUID+SAMS, iptables, OpenLDAP, firewall and other network & system services;- Responsible for maintenance of LAN infrastructure and documentation;- Ensure network routing and load balancing in LAN;- Responsible for providing ICT and technical support services to over 400 end users;- On demand technical advice and support;

- Developing & maintaining the ITS IT systems, software, databases and web 2.0 applications;- Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair; - Building relationships with potential new partners and strengthening ties with existing ones;
