Actively recruited from Workrise for a role focused on streamlining all talent acquisition functions, automating many back-end manual processes and independently source, interview and close almost 30 roles by the end of 2021. Some of the larger accomplishments since joining include:- To date have recruited and hired over 60 new employees, including our Chief Product Officer- Responsible for up to 20 concurrent open reqs with an average of 6-8 active roles open at any one time- Instituted better utilization of our ATS (Greenhouse) including creation of detailed interview and feedback plans for each open role- Formalized the hiring kick-off process, partnering tightly with hiring managers and assuring the role is leveled correctly and the job description is inclusive- Structuring and running detailed feedback sessions post onsite interviews to capture all relevant interviewer data- Integrated Docusign and Checkr with the ATS to automate what had been a totally manual process for offers and background checks- Improved external job postings format and content that saw a 50% increase in applicants prior to the revisions - Responsible for our Built-In-Austin page and helped create content for quarterly BIA employer roundups- Represent Talent Acquisition on the Brand Design Council and help build out Branding for TA on our site

Led Talent Acquisition for Workrise (formerly RigUp) across Engineering, Product, Business Operations, Product Analytics, Product Operations, RevOps and our Vertical teams. Was the top performer across all of TA and helped successfully recruit and hire over 150 employees across all areas of the business that support our Solar, Wind and O&G labor and services marketplace.

Key results and achievements: -Top performer for the Tech Recruiting Team, recruited more than 180 new employees across Product Management, Engineering/Dev, Program Management and IT during my three-year tenure as a full-time employee with HomeAway. - Winner of two culture SuperStar awards - Scientific Mindset and OneTeam- Successfully pitched two HR120's, first is now used across Product Management, the second is set to launch as an MVP on the core careerpage.- Rolled out and led numerous process improvements across recruiting that are still in place and used today.

Repeat contract assignment post-IPO to ramp up Dev, IT and Product hiring. Recruited over 150 new hires across HomeAway’s tech org. Implemented new processes to streamline interviewing and recruiting efficiency. Mentored junior staff members on interviewing. Advised the CPO on product and engineering pipeline and our hiring progress via a weekly standup with engineering and product leadership.

Repeat contract assignment standing up the Product team with new hires at a variety of levels in a diverse set of domains including Analytics, Ad Networks, Social Apps, Social Merchandising, Platform Infrastructure, Product Strategy, Product Operations, Product Training, UX/UI design, and Technical Publications.

Short-term contract role. Recruited 20 new hires across dev/engineering, IT and product in just a four month period prior to HomeAway going on a hiring freeze prepping for IPO in June of 2011.

Led the search for Product Management Professionals with expertise in SEO, Social Commerce, Traffic Acquisition, and Conversion. Also recruited other mission critical hires for Bazaarvoice Labs, Business Development, Marketing and Product Strategy.

Ran highly varied recruiting campaigns to staff Trilogy's ever-changing business initiatives and a myriad of small start-ups and/or incubators for the CEO and others within Trilogy’s leadership org.
