Job Role:-Managing and supervising complete execution activities for civil and services (HVAC,Electrical, Plumbing, Fire and public address, access control, etc.)-Certification of vendor measurement sheets-Study drawings submitted by architects and consultants and discuss respective querieswith team. -. Interacting with clients, consultants, architects and contractors for smooth and timelycompletion of project. Integrate self into client environment to effectively lead projectteam.-Preparing and updating daily and weekly progress reports, budget tracker, Event log,MOM, Method statements and Risk log-Ensure all project documentation is updated and conveyed to relevant stakeholders-Surveying and inspection of construction sites.-Certification of vendor measurement sheets.
