- Led a team of Graphics Programmers and Technical Artists in the Design and Implementation of Character Physics, Collisions and Gameplay for Electronic Arts’ newest franchise, Arena Football League. - As part of the Central Gameplay team, developed a 3 year plan for Next Generation Game Play Animations for EA Sports' largest franchise - Madden NFL. The plan involved adopting a cross-studio animation platform (ANT) to improve the mobility of sports players in future generations of Madden made for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.- Led a team of Technical Artists in modifying the Rigs and Processing 2000 Animations for use in an In-House Tool to synergistically share animation features and data across studios in North America.

- Implementation of Tennis Gameplay System and Online Gameplay component of our flagship game, Outlaw Tennis.- Worked on Ball Physics, Camera Collision Detection and Resolution, Inverse Kinematics (Player Limbs).- Collaborated with the Programming Director and Project Lead during the Design Stage to develop a structural base for the implementation of a notification and command based system.- Worked with Microsoft (Xbox) and Sony (PS2) for fulfilling the Certification Requirements

As part of Prof. David Luebke's team of Graduate and Undergraduate students, Kashyap worked on researching optimization techniques for real-time rendering of large scale 3D models, the findings of which were presented at ACM Siggraph 2004 as part of a research paper on Real-Time Geometric Level of Detail. Kashyap continued this research over the rest of his senior year that culminated with an independent thesis on "Randomized Rendering for Real-Time Display of Very Large Point Clouds". As part of the thesis, Kashyap created a prototype of a Virtual Reality application that allowed for a 3D virtual tour of Thomas Jefferson's Monticello.
