Acting as SPOC for Banks for all of their day-today queries pertaining to their targets and deliverable, Technical issues and Managed Services for more than 300 ATMs.This also includes providing services like remote monitoring, Consumables Management, Cash management & Optimizations, Cash replenishment, Caretaker services & First & Second Line Management Ensuring proper functioning and adherence of back office processes including SLA Management, Incident Management Highlight any discrepancies in the process to management: MIS report validation & troubleshooting.Focusing on maintaining the uptime/ CHA - Card Holder Availability for all our ATMs to have as much profitability from them Managing Field Operations, Management with Field ExecutivesLiaising with all Business partners in area of Cash Management, Network Services, Hardware Suppliers, Housekeeping and Security ServicesDay-to-day operational activities pertaining to new site deployment & existing site management to be carried out within defined TATs & SLAs to ensure high quality Operation StandardsEnsure timely invoicing, payment & Site renewal activities.Client Servicing and customer relationship by acting as an escalation point for everyday operations for managing any issues/ problems reported from Customer and resolution of the same as per turnaround time

• Exposure on DEBIT CARD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.• Performing activities like Hot listing, Card Activation, CAF(Cardholder Authorization File) Refresh, PAN( Primary Account Number) Generation, PIN (Personal Identification Number) generation corresponding to the debit cards made (Master Card or Maestro Card).• Escalating /daily reports to bank senior officials as per their requirement and to internal team as well.• Maintenance and Monitoring 24x7 operation of HP Non Stop Server TANDEM and Base24.• Monitoring abnormal trends in transactions by running enform queries for business critical transactions networks and report to bank if there is any abnormal behavior found. Monitor POS, ATM Cutover.• Debugging and understanding the problem.• Monitoring around 6000 ATM’s on EMS and rectifying the problems as early as possible.• Customizing daily reports which include all transaction done in particular ATM and all transaction done by cardholders of particular bank and some more reports are also generated on daily basis according to bank requirements.• Customizing Configuration files for Diebold and NCR as per bank’s requirement.• On the spot client dealing.• Interact with internal teams to resolve issues with process inputs.• Providing support and maintenance to all transactions and refreshing different files.• Taking daily, weekly and monthly Back-ups.
