Planning the production according to the requirement of sales team and materials ordering.Responsible for all in warehouse & incoming material planning as per projected & Forecasting market requirement.Coordinating with the Assembly managers to achieve the daily production targets as per the Schedule.Forecasting the problems which may affect the production and taking necessary action to resolve those issues.Material Requirement planning for Bulk stock, Float Stock & Consumables.Material planning for Local content, Kit Parts & Technical changed parts.Responsible for the procurement of the material.Claim, Follow up & coordination with me Daimler AG for the materials & Packaging issues.Coordination with Daimler AG for technical changes, other process planning updates &Changes for the materials & products.Responsible for plant inventory cost & inventory carrying cost.Coordinating with all logistics functions & activities with all other department.
