Being local champion in the city, help customers book a ride, ensure scooters are parked orderly and take care of customer requests. Check for lost scooters and bring them back to our warehouse or directly deploy them in the city again. Perform small repairs directly on the street to increase availability of fleet. Drive (e)vans and/or cargo bikes. Support the operations team in the warehouse when help is needed.

Maintenance of (mainly) private properties and offices, distribution of materials necessary to be changed or refilled, so our customers workplaces function properly, schedule planning, promoting company to gain new customers, maintaining professional and respectful contact with current customers
