In the field of IT Recruitment and Employer Branding :• Running end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions at j-labs,• Being responsible for all recruitment activities (advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, interviewing, preparing job offers and negotiations),• Monitoring of the IT labor market in Poland,• Using alternative sourcing channels to find best suited candidates,• Building lasting relationships with Candidates,• PR/Employer Branding activities (both internal and external),• Overseeing and coordinating the j-labs events such as IT Conferences, Job Fairs or integration events.In the field of j-labs' Staff matters:• Contact for employees in any HR- related matters.• Talent & trainings management,• HR Administration.
