• Managed staffing for Research and Development Center including R&D, Quality and Packaging Functions. Supported broad HR initiatives throughout facility as needed. Managed 3 recruiting assistants and budget over $3.

• Initiated and developed strategic staffing plan for R&D facility of up to 1,200 people in preparation for integration with Pillsbury.
• Instrumental in planning and implementing lay-off impacting 300+ employees in technical center due to synergy savings and consolidation of multiple facilities.
• Coordinated over 20 campus teams for annual college recruiting. Provided candidate sourcing strategies and targets. Increased number of hires by 100% over previous years.
