Part of the Leadership Advisory team tasked with building the leadership development, coaching and assessment consultancy within Sheffield Haworth - executive search firm.Key Responsibilities/ Achievements:- Managing the Leadership Advisory operations and support - developing, implementing, and growing the efficiency of organisational processes and procedures. - Managing the client delivery services.- Working with the team to deliver revenue and profit targets.- Successfully launching and managing a delivery of a training and development programme worth approx. £320k for a multi-level population of over 150 people at Corporate Investment Bank.

Working as part of the senior leadership team contributing to the creation and launch of a digital learning environment /multimillion dollar training platform (MVP launched in May 2020) which combines the digital learning content with assessments and live coaching/workshops; developing operations policies and process to support the new project.Key Responsibilities- Leading an effective operations team with appropriate skills and resource levels; growing and developing the team to match the new requirements; stepping in to support any programme implementation requirements – e.g. project management, user management, content upload and site testing, any new tech development requirements scoping.- Managing ops and client support resources across various functions in both the UK an US teams (navigating across matrix structure of the company) to successfully implement and deliver all client programmes - digital and blended.- Engaging with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, designers, facilitators, contractors and operations, to define milestones and responsibilities.- Contributing to and supporting the sales processes for RFPs, both internal and client demo sites.- Managing financial information and monthly reporting process on UK portion of the P&L as well as review and control of the costs - POs, invoices, intercompany recharges, expenses, reporting.
