Having many years of experience in building a business as well as creating and implementing (communication) strategies, combined with competencies as a leader, coach, and mentor, I offer my support to leaders and their organizations. In particular, I help them in the area of building the corporate culture and sustainable development of employees, often now referred to as well-being.This is the area where I can best combine my experience and passion. I feel great satisfaction when I see people and companies grow. I see a lot of synergy between life, business, and sports, particularly triathlon, which I have been involved with for eight years.
