Mutiara has over 10’ years of creative experience globally. She has innate creative abilities and is able to leverage it in different aspects of her work from designing to providing out of the box unique solutions. Her experiences in the creative industry is varied, including design strategy, marketing, client services, account servicing, press/public relations, designing and sales. In the end of 2019, Mutiara left NYC to pursue her current job as the director of operations for MK3 Investments in Singapore. The opportunity helped her develop a new skill set - understanding how to handle the day-to-day operation of a company.She believes that having a strong intuition, good communication skills, being detailed oriented, having trust and empathy are important factors in her success in making an impact in both the workplace and in life. She hopes to bring her creative mindset and cutting-edge strategies to innovate in whatever ecosystem she's in, and as a way to giving back, wishes to continue working as a creative mentor in design and strategy.Mutiara credits having a fulfilling purpose in life and spiritual accomplishment in building her growth-mindset. She also believes in living a wholesome life, where the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects work in tandem, resulting in a fulfilling and happy life. Mutiara finds that having a balanced life is the nectar of the art of living. Outside the office, Mutiara can be found teaching Kriya-Kundalini meditation, painting portrait of pets upon request, strolling around town seeking creative inspirations and working on her fitness/ personal development.
