Leading the development of websites and web applications.

What had started as a deviation in my final year of undergrad computer science study has now laid foundations for a lifetime. Design + Technology are at the core of what I do, and I now help brands and organisations create automations and digital solutions that will simplify their day-to-day so they can focus on dreaming up the next dream.

During my time here, I led the efforts to create multiple web/app platforms for the organisations projects, designing and managing their social presences including content strategy and on-street campaigns. This was an activist organisation with an aim to get people to raise their voices against wrongs, and I saw my work reach more people than ever before. By the time I left, I had worked on 3 books, 5 social media handles, 3 websites and 1 app. My fundamentals of workflows and time management come from this experience.

After working with a few clients on contract basis, I realised that the real beauty of work life lies in working on your own terms. I started working with more clients in the graphic design + photography industry on a freelance basis. By then I had figured out that a constant investment in improving workflows, honest communication and adapting to new tools is what will help me grow. The projects ranged from print design, branding, illustration, product and fashion photography, fashion and commercial films. I look at this period as the beginnings of my self-guided life-long master's programme.

My responsibilities here included assisting the lead photographer with creative layout compositions for jewellery based product photography.

My responsibilities here included working on content strategy for the web platform and social media channels the organisation ran. I also contributed on designing and managing digital campaigns. This role gave me a lot of freedom to shapeshift and expand outwards.
