Founder And ConsultantHuginn & Muninn Consulting Aug 2013 - Jul 2016Copenhagen Area, DenmarkHUGINN & MUNINN consulting is a for-profit social enterprise, which delivers services within governance, management, strategy and cross-sector partnerships to purpose driven organisations. Our ambition is to ensure that as many stakeholders contribute as efficient as possible to build a more sustainable future based on human rights and good governance. The way we can contribute to this, is to ensure that relevant organisations have the best possible set-up and interaction between governance and executive level, which lead to efficient organisations, which the best possible ROI on their social investments. In 2013, I founded HUGINN & MUNINN consulting, as a response to working with big and corporate consulting firms for a number of years. Too often, I experienced that they delivered blue print solutions, which did not take the often highly complex context of the NGO-sector and other purpose driven organisations into account, why the impact of their intervention reduced significantly. The complexities referred to can be facts like: governance structures, which reduce the ability of direct line communication and implementation, a dual customer focus (programme participant and donor), and a staff mix that demands a wide range of management skills, if you want to stay relevant and understood by all. Thus, the ambition is to create a consultancy company, which is able to deliver strategic solutions customised to the individual organisation based on their culture and existing capacity.Today, HUGINN & MUNINN consulting counts market leading national and international organisations among our partners. Amongst others, we work with:• Oak Foundation in Geneva, Switzerland• SOS Children' Villages International, Innsbruck, Austria• Inuit Circumpolar Council, Nuuk, Greenland - and • The Obel Family Foundation, Copenhagen/Aalborg, DenmarkWe would like to also welcome you to our network – as an organisation, which have the ambition of doing better better!
