As a Workforce Analyst I provide reporting, administrative and analytics support for the Resourcing function including workforce planning, internal mobility processes, market mapping and reporting. I was heavily involved with the design, implementation and roll-out of a national, intranet-based 'Opportunities Board' which enabled the Resourcing team to pivot towards recruiting for internal projects, secondments and short term role hiring needs, and the wider firm to have full exposure to the availability of internal employment requirements during the COVID-19 period. This initiative was widely praised by the Senior Leadership of the firm and is still widely used as we move into the post-COVID-19 work environment.

As a Commercial Analyst I work closely with the Head of Technical Commercial to manage the IT vendor portfolio including supporting the budget, commercial and vendor relationships within the Technology area. I am responsible for gaining an understanding of the commercial agreements within the IT function and assist in the consolidation and rationalisation of the vendor portfolio to improve the underlying cost base. As Commercial Analyst I assist with coordinating the annual Technology budget consulting closely with Finance.
