During the period, we optimized the group's cash flow by more than DKK 500 million and significantly raised the general cash flow focus. At the end of the period, I was project manager for a transformation project in finance, where we established 'a new way of working' in finance together with Deloitte.

We acted as a link to the management and the headquarter and were responsible for our part of the annual report. In addition, we were responsible for processes regarding customers' payments, optimization of NWC and cash flow and were the financial partner for the marketing department.
