Serving the needs of the division of 20 people by supporting the development of next generation e-commerce platforms as well as building people in the division - professionally and personally!Work duties:• Together with the department manager building the newly created divisions - structure, roles, processes• Overviewing the projects carried out in the division • Performing sales processes for large-scale e-commerce platform development to Fortune 500 companies – requirement documentation, preparation of project proposals, budget allocation, negotiations, resource planning and timeline preparation.• Assisting the division members by providing strategic direction and guidance during the whole life-cycle of the project• Organizing, planning, and managing the daily tasks and operations of the division• Evaluating the division's performance and identifying areas of improvement• Helping the division members grow professionally and personally by organizing feedback meetings, 1:1s, individual goal meetings, performance reviews, salary meetings, etc.• Assisting with employee recruitment, as well as overseeing the onboarding process and training of new division staff members• Actively taking part in the improvement of the internal processes to increase quality, efficiency, and a positive work environment in the company• Making sure to leave a positive impact wherever possible

Working day-to-day together with internal and external stakeholders to deliver next generation e-commerce platforms where integrations to external services (ERPs, PIMs, Rest APIs, etc.) as well creation of stunning UX is our daily activity!During the time in this position have been able to successfully deliver complex e-commerce platform projects for SMIs as well as Fortune 500 companies!Work duties:• Project scope and timeline planning• Project resource planning (team building), motivation, supervising and support• Assessment of potential risks and development of appropriate mitigation plans• Assisting project team members to develop both professionally and individually in the project implementation phase• Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes• To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets• Daily assessment of the quality of the projects from functional and UX perspective• Actively involved in the improvement of the internal processes to increase quality, efficiency, and a positive work environment in the company• Assisting of Sales Team in the preparation of project proposals, requirement documentation, budget allocation and timeline preparation• Making sure to leave positive impact wherever possible

Having the pleasure to work shoulder by shoulder with highly skilled and amazing developer team of 7 people on a software project and delivering stunning UX experience:• Planning product feature roadmap• Organizing task allocation in Jira• Managing development using agile Scrum practices• Supporting developers on day-to-day basis • Managing timely delivery of software updates• Daily assessment of the quality of the software from functional and UX perspective• Improvement of existing procedures for increased efficiency

SMART indoor fresh air ventilation system AirTem measures indoor air quality and automatically provides the necessary amount of fresh air to maximize cognitive functions of employees that boosts their performance, thus enabling companies to increase efficiency and increase revenue. The SMART fresh air ventilation system can be attached to the existing windows providing excellent retrofit solution and money savings as no other parts or major reconstructions are not needed.The system measures CO2, temperature and humidity that are used by data processing algorithm determining and implementing the best ventilation conditions.
