Hi! I'm Kasper, a community development expert with expertise in natural resource management, protected areas, and human rights based conservation. Born and raised in Denmark, I have lived and worked full-time in Africa since 2012. Including in Uganda, Central African Republic, South Sudan, Rwanda and Kenya. Most recent positions within conservation includes 3 years with African Parks as a Special Projects Manager with Chinko Park in CAR; 2 years in South Sudan, Boma National Park, with Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) as a Community Conservation Coordinator. Currently working as Regional Community and Safeguards Coordinator based in Rwanda, providing support to WCS teams in Chad, CAR, Cameroon, Tanzania, across Africa and globally.
