Customer Success Manager
CurrentI work in a strategic role managing and developing a portfolio of customers across the Nordics. I advise them on how to identify and gain competitive advantages, increase efficiency, and run a more sustainable business through the implementation and expansion of Centric PLM systems. This collaboration ensures they achieve optimized PLM implementations that promote these key benefits.In close collaboration with our UK & Nordic consulting team, I develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers on the customer side, including process and system owners, CIOs, CTOs, and CFOs. This ensures consistent delivery of high-value PLM solutions for ongoing client projects.Part of Centric Software’s EMEA Customer Success team, responsible for the strategic development and management of Centric customers in the Nordic region.
