With over 49 years of work experience, I am a skilled and versatile calibration technician who can handle a wide range of machinery and equipment in various industries. My mission is to ensure the highest quality and accuracy of measurements and processes, while adhering to the GMP and GXP regulations and SOPs. I am currently working with Fujifilm Biotechnologies, where I support the pharmaceutical company with calibration of all kinds of instruments and devices.In my current role, I have calibrated electrical, pressure, time, temperature, moisture, mass, weights, liquid flow, dew point, particle measure, air quality, conductivity, pH, autoclaves, washers, fluid bed, tablet coating system, and more. I have also used various software and systems, such as Emerson Delta V, AMS Device Manager, CMMS, and Novo Nordic Metrology module, to manage and optimize the calibration process. Additionally, I have applied and verified the lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedure, and contributed to the decommissioning and commissioning of instruments. I have also worked with some of the leading pharmaceutical companies, such as Novo, Biogen, and Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies, and delivered excellent customer service and satisfaction. Some of the skills that I have developed and utilized in my current role are process improvement, electromechanics, documentation, and lean.
