I work closely with marketing analytics to improve the user experience. This is done by funnel optimization mainly through Delta DNA and Data Studio. The information gets passed into the leadership in a structured and organized manner to create clarity. Everyone is repeatedly informed about the goal setting and success criteria through transparent schedules.A plan to me is a living document under constant development, priorities changes and being able to elegantly piviot fast is one of my core abilities.
