With over four years of work experience in quality assurance, quality control, and technical writing, I am passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. As a Quality Assurance Manager at Xcelgo, a leading provider of 3D simulation and digital twin software, I oversee the testing and validation of our two main products, Experior and EcoStruxure Machine Expert Twin. I also develop and maintain our three websites, using Elementor and WordPress, and manage our online customer support activities.I started my career at Xcelgo as a Technical Writer in August 2021, where I created and updated user manuals, guides, and tutorials for our software solutions. In June 2022, I received a Tester Certification from Key2Quality and transitioned to the Quality Assurance assignments, where I performed basic testing and verification of our software features and functionalities. In March 2023, I was promoted to the Quality Assurance Manager role, where I lead our test efforts and coordinate the testing activities and processes across the software development lifecycle. I also took on the responsibilities of Scrum master in our software team and communicate with the developers, project managers, and clients to ensure the quality standards and requirements are met and resolved.
