We offer independent strategic financial advisory services incl. advice on acquisitions, divestments, mergers, privatisations and capital market transactions.Personally, I have +15 years of M&A and ECM experience from London and Copenhagen and during this period advised on more than 40 transactions in the €100-1,000 million range - often in tech, software, FIG, consumer products or healthcare. I primarily engage in sell-side and IPO/ECM advisory, but also buy-side and strategic advisory. I have worked for private companies, publicly listed companies, founders and family owners as well as private equity funds.
