As a Change Manager at OK I am responsible for both implementing and running Change Management across the entire IT portfolio. The portfolio consists of a broad range of products, where most of the business critical one's are in-house development.We are aiming to follow one common change proces that it supported by multiple change models handled in either ServiceNow or Azure DevOps. Moreover, we seek to only use CAB for high risk or high impact changes as we believe that most changes should be assessed and approved by the people having the highest competency or knowledge within a given area.
