    Within the Agency Securities Lending Trade Support team we are responsible for managing all Discretionary and Non-Custody client sales across 37 international equity and fixed income markets to ensure they're sufficient for settlement on value date. This involves daily interactions with the trading desks for high fee assets and assets that are approaching dividend. We are also responsible for the daily monitoring of client holdbacks and value limits, ensuring that any breaches of these pre-agreed limits are resolved in a timely manner. As well as this, we manage the return of on-loan assets for client exits and restructures.As a team, some of our key responsibilities include:- Working closely with the global trading desks to reduce client risk- Checking upcoming dividend events on high-risk markets- Assisting traders to maintain and improve trading strategies- Actively reviewing client holdings, reallocating and recalling for client sales to ensure sufficiency on value date- Preparing and issuing recall notifications to brokers- Providing daily updates on failing client sales- Managing client transitions and providing regular updates to the relationship managers- Escalating with brokers, traders and relationship managers where required to settle failing recalls and buy-in threats- Researching key dates and prices in Bloomberg- Challenging processes in order to streamline and automate them- Monitoring of compliance reports to prevent client limit breaches
