- Managing and coordination of delivery for 115 assisting Countries and International Organizations;- Supervising and accounting of shipping documents for temporary import and re-export to/from Dubai Tax Free Zone;- Negotiations with all external stakeholders (i.e. Participants, Customs, Government Authorities, Forwarding Companies, Landlords and Warehouse);- Assist and liaise with Logistics work stream Lead Managers (i.e. Customs & Freight Forwarding, Materials Management, Warehousing, Distribution, Program Management) with their requirements to support and efficient and economical end – to – end Logistics operation;- Along with the OSP Lead Managers to lead the site logistics operations within the Event Operations Logistics Function and to ensure that materials and equipment for all key stakeholders are stored at on – site and off – site locations according to relevant standards and procedures necessary for event operations
