Primary Roles and Responsibilities for the company involve the following:- Develop Conceptual design of Low Voltage spaces and preliminary concept of various Technology Systems for New, Renovation or Addition to a forth coming building design.- Provide extensive design throughout various project phases to meet client requirements and meet project deliverable deadlines. Design includes Low Voltage Systems for Audio Video, Security ( including Access Control and Video Surveillance), Telecommunications, Facility Paging, Nurse Call and more.- Confirm to Industry level codes and standards including the NEC, NFPA, BICSI and other applicable standards/codes.- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Structural Engineers and Architect to reduce errors and omissions in the field during construction prior to construction documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit.- Attend seminars, manufacturer training, product update lunch seminars, and webinars to keep up to date with products, standards, trends, and knowledge.- Review and approve RFI's, Bulletins, Change Orders, and submittals such as Shop Drawings, As-Builts, and test results.
