These studies resulted in the implementation of a $ 50 million pilot project to test the process in an offshore field. Completed a $10 million project to install a 90 MMSCFD gas lift compression facility on an existing offshore platform. The project was completed 10 days ahead of schedule and $1 million below budget mainly due to installing the compression module in smaller components thereby not requiring a barge.Conducted an offshore audit that identified approximately 2.5% of total gas production in 1990 was being flared. Proposed and executed a project to recover almost 90% of this gas that was continuously vented from the underwater storage tanks. The project received CONOCO President's Environmental Finalist Award in 1993.Managed a project team for the EPC and commissioning of two wellhead platforms consisting of 16 wells, production facilities and 12 miles of sub-sea pipelines Supervised a project to complete a $6 million expansion and maintenance turnaround of a 500 million BPD of seawater treating plant to provide waterfloodCoordinated a $36 Million project for offshore facilities to supply 140 MMSCFD of lift gas at 1,550 psig.
