I’m Kassandra Cookingham, a passionate professional with a strong background in operations, project management, and customer service. Currently, I’m the Executive Operations Coordinator at Evolution Energy, where I get to support the CEO by managing schedules, analyzing marketing data, and driving growth. I’ve boosted lead flow and deal flow through strategic insights. I thrive in building and managing CRM systems, especially HubSpot, and love keeping projects on track from start to finish.Before this, I was a Project Manager at ATTYX, where I handled project scheduling, budgets, and quality control for construction projects. I made sure everything ran smoothly across departments and handled procurement and contracts. As a Project Coordinator, I also led a team managing documentation and government applications, ensuring everything was compliant and accessible.My love for customer relations really took off at Hudson Valley Credit Union, where I managed high-volume calls, resolved issues, and handled account management.I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at Western Governors University, set to graduate in May 2025, and I already hold an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts from SUNY Dutchess.
