I was responsible for welcoming patients to front desk and engaged in friendly conversations while conducting check-in process, updating patient financial information to ensure accuracy, updating group medical records and technical library to support smooth office operations, and managed physical therapy calendar, including scheduling patient appointments and procedures.

Participated in meetings with parents concerning child’s progress and areas of concern during parent-teacher conferences. Prepared bulletin boards, classroom materials and individual student portfolios to support teacher plans. Assisted in development screenings to measure students’ motor, language, and emotional skills.
