Maintains required records of study activity including case report forms, drug dispensation records, or regulatory forms. Focused on Alzheimer's disease and Dementia.

As a Patient Success Advocate I am empowering the fight against incurable diseases. I am responsible for guiding patients through their medically assigned clinical trials. This includes, but is not limited to, mastery of protocol-specific inclusion/exclusion criteria, administering brief cognitive assessments and engaging with the patients as they progress through the trial. I also had the privilege to take part in the Learning and Development Mentorship program at SiteRx where I empowered the growth and development of knowledge, skills, and capabilities of our employees as well as, being a member and founder of the MAGIC recognition committee where we acknowledge, recognize and reward colleagues who demonstrate motivation, accountability, growth, impact and community within the work place.
