I'm Kassandra Muro, Food and Biotechnology Engineer with a deep passion for sustainable development, social entrepreneurship, and biotechnology. My career has been dedicated to driving positive social change through innovative projects that generate economic, social, and environmental impact.I work as a Liaison of the Directorate of Strategic Programs Articulation at the Ministry of Education of Jalisco, where I support and implement innovative educational programs aimed at improving communication skills, mathematics, and scientific-technological thinking among students. I also served as an External Advisor specialized in the Recrea Talento Program, mentoring students in the creation and implementation of social impact projects.In my current role as the Curator of the Global Shapers Guadalajara Hub, I lead initiatives that empower youth and foster a culture of innovation and sustainability in our community. Additionally, I serve as the National Volunteer Coordinator for the Red Internacional de Promotores ODS México, where I coordinate efforts to promote the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) across the nation.My experience extends to the private sector as well, where I held roles at CECSA Enterprise Solutions SC, including Inspector in Mexican Official Standards and Guadalajara Regional Leader. In these roles, I was responsible for ensuring product compliance with Mexican regulations and leading continuous improvement projects.Throughout my career, I have led and collaborated on a variety of projects, from reducing environmental pollution through bioremediation to developing premium food products for livestock that mitigate methane emissions.
