I have been studying holistic health and deepening my relationship with herbalism for the past 10 years. Having grown up in Portland, I have a unique relationship with the ecosystem and all it has to offer. Through Rooted Remedies, and the relationships I have built with other practitioners and humanitarian organizations, I am helping people reconnect with nature’s medicine and empowering them in their own wellness and vitality. I also educate others on the health benefits associated with getting outside, eating wild foods, and what it means to take care of our planet for future generations. I specialize in supporting and nourishing the central nervous system to help my clients come back into harmony. We focus on reconnecting with the natural rhythms of life as well as tuning into our unique needs to feel balanced and vital.
