I've been in both the fitness and sciences for 20 years, trained every type of athlete/client from the frail to the Olympia stage. I have taken just about every course, worked with every mentor, and was still unsatisfied with our education system. In 2018 I started N1 Education to provide a higher standard of education, built on better science, real world application, and a four on empowering trainers and coaches with confidence and the moral compass to be successful with ethical practices and values.
