Educated as a Mechanical Engineer, I thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments. My approach is rooted in a calm yet decisive leadership style, allowing me to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a focus on fiscal responsibility. I am passionate about driving growth, not just for PepsiCo, but also for the communities we operate in. This passion has enabled me to bring hundreds of young talents from universities to the forefront of our industry, fostering their growth and seeing them become leaders in their own right. I have led PepsiCo's real estate re-entry into markets like Indonesia, developed repeatable and scalable strategies for commercial real estate, and influenced global strategy shifts.
