I became proficient at every position in the store, including delivery driver. Once I became excellent at those positions, my job became to learn all manager duties. These duties included--but were not limited to-- cutting dough at the proper assigned weights, overseeing crew members, de-escalating situations with displeased customers, and hiring/firing employees. I excelled in this career and only quit before getting my own store because my mother passed away both tragically and unexpectedly. This is when I took a much needed hiatus from working.
